Proof of Life Coaching

I’m good at keeping my word and I thrive on creative accountability projects. They are like a compass, always pointing me towards my North Star, my purpose, my dharma. Here’s a list of a few of the self-imposed creative assigments I’ve worked on over the years:

  • A simple daily art journaling practice
In 2014, I embarked on a daily creative practice each morning at my kitchen table. The quiet meditation + prolonged introspection eventually led me to quit drinking.

  • Daily gratitude list practice

    • 2015 - present, with over 4K illustrated lists to date)

  • Morning pages a-la-Julia Cameron

  • The 100 Day Project

    • My most recent project can be found here.

  • The 50 × 50 Project (2020)

  • The Ray of Light Interview Series + Artwork (2017)

    • 52 weeks of interviews with women in recovery from alcohol

  • The Unruffled Podcast (2017 - 2021)

    • a weekly pod about the intersection of creativity + recovery with over 1 million downloads

  • The Ray of Light Community (2021 2025)

    • a weekly membership for women focusing on women artists

Since getting sober back in 2015, I’ve created and grown my own art + recovery coaching business. Many of my self-imposed creative assignments are still alive + well and help maintain my emotional sobriety. I’d love to help you find your own creative ritual + accountability project and guide you along in the process.

This is for women who want to dive deeper into creative exploration, self-examination + inquiry work. I help you take action.

Over the past 12 years, I have evolved into what I would proudly call a working artist.

I went back to college in 2015, at age 44—a month after I got sober, and declared art as my major.

Showing up for myself daily through creative accountability projects has played an important role in my evolution into becoming a sober, dignified, creative woman.

This did not happen overnight. I slowly built up the courage to listen to my intuition. I used tools to help guide me one day at a time and I’d love to share them with you.

Let’s talk.
