A threshold choir is a network of small, volunteer groups that sing gentle, calming, a cappella songs in harmony at the bedsides of people who are dying or facing severe illness. Founded in 2000 by Kate Munger, these international chapters offer their music as a free gift of comfort and presence rather than a performance.
